1、中風(fēng)與神經(jīng)疾病雜志2011!旦箍鲞笠!塑·809·文章編號(hào):1003-2754(2011)09-0809-04腦出血后遲發(fā)性腦水腫血漿sFas和sFasL水平分析王兆平,王文靜,王前友,潘健,孫一兵摘要:目的探討可溶性Fas(sFas)和可溶性Fas配體(sFasL)的變化與急性腦出血(ACH)后遲發(fā)性腦水腫的關(guān)系。方法ACH后遲發(fā)性腦水腫患者12例,其中男性9例;隨機(jī)選取同期A(yíng)CH無(wú)遲發(fā)性腦水腫組12例,其中男性8例;同期年齡和性別相匹配的12例健康體檢合格者作為對(duì)照組,其中男性8例。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)法測(cè)定血漿sFas和sFasL濃度,比較各組之間sFas和s
2、FasL濃度差異。結(jié)果ACH后遲發(fā)性腦水腫組14d血漿sFas和sFasL水平明顯高于A(yíng)CH無(wú)遲發(fā)性腦水腫組和對(duì)照組(P<0.01),ACH后遲發(fā)性腦水腫組較ACH無(wú)遲發(fā)性腦水腫組于發(fā)病7d后血漿sFas和sFasL水平下降速度緩慢,血漿sFasL水平稍有上升。結(jié)論sFas和sFasL可能參與腦出血后遲發(fā)性腦水腫的形成,動(dòng)態(tài)性檢測(cè)血漿sFas和sFasL水平,可對(duì)于發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的ACH后遲發(fā)性腦水腫具有一定的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:腦出血;sFas;sFasL;遲發(fā)性腦水腫;細(xì)胞凋亡中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):R743.34文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:APlasmalevelofsFasandsFasLinacutecer
