1、針刀松解療法結(jié)合玻璃酸鈉治療肩周炎療效觀察楊海文南京秦淮中醫(yī)院骨傷科，南京中華路512號210006摘要目的：觀察針刀松解療法結(jié)合玻璃酸鈉治療肩周炎的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的77例患者隨機分為2組，治療組41例，對照組33例，治療組采用針刀松解治療結(jié)合玻璃酸鈉注射治療；對照組采用針刺及玻璃酸鈉注射，分別于治療前和治療4周后參照VAS作為測量受試者主觀疼痛評分，同時于治療結(jié)束后《中醫(yī)病癥診斷療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》對肩痹的療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判定2組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果：治療組治愈率為51.22%，總有效率為95.12%；對照組治愈率為27.27%，總有效率為78.79%。治療組治愈率及總有效率明顯
