2、MI為因變量，AHI、LSa02、SBP、DBP、BMI為自變量，逐步回歸法回歸分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)入選回歸方程的變量只有AHI、SBP。說明AHI、SBP是影響IVSd、LvPWd、LVMI的獨立危險因素。4．將52例OSAHS患者分為輕度OSAHS組(30例)及中重度OSAHS組(22例)兩組間比較得出：中重度OSAHS組的SBP、DBP及BMI顯著高于輕度OSAHS組；0SAHS與血壓的相關(guān)性分析顯示：AHI與SBP、DBP成正相關(guān)，而LSa02與SBP、DBP成負相關(guān)。結(jié)論1．0SAHS是導(dǎo)致左心室肥厚的獨立危險因素，高血壓及OSAHS均可能導(dǎo)致左心室肥厚，高血壓合并OSAHS對左心室肥厚的影
