1、本科畢業(yè)論文題目Y公司員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究學(xué)院專業(yè)人力資源管理班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào)學(xué)生姓名指導(dǎo)教師26摘要:隨著社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視對(duì)各種重要資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而人作為生產(chǎn)力第一大要素排在各大資源之首。人具有主觀能動(dòng)性,具有利用別的資源的能力,是可以創(chuàng)造財(cái)富的資源,是企業(yè)文化的核心。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)必須通過一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的激勵(lì)機(jī)制正確地誘導(dǎo)員工的工作動(dòng)機(jī),使他們?cè)趯?shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo)的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的需要,增加其滿意度,從而使他們的積極性和創(chuàng)造性繼續(xù)保持和發(fā)揚(yáng)下去。建立適合企業(yè)自身的激勵(lì)機(jī)制將對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,也是人力資源管理的重要課題。本文首先對(duì)浙江Y服裝有限公司的
2、激勵(lì)措施效果進(jìn)行分析,找出其所在的其他企業(yè)可以借鑒的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文主要針對(duì)公司總部管理人員、技術(shù)人員為主要對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查與評(píng)估,這樣使激勵(lì)機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)更加合理,更加科學(xué)。整個(gè)體系設(shè)計(jì)都緊緊圍繞著公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略展開,使其每一步都有的放矢。使得能真正起到有效激勵(lì)員工的目的,使企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:激勵(lì)機(jī)制;激勵(lì)效果;激勵(lì)成果26Abstract:Withfiercesocialcompetition,enterprisespaymoreandmoreattentiontovariousimportantresources.Peopleastheke
