2、本設(shè)計(jì)從當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源地理環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境等各項(xiàng)條件出發(fā),針對(duì)7500t蝦仁加工廠項(xiàng)目的需要,進(jìn)行了車間平面設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品方案及工藝論證、設(shè)備選型、物料衡算、全廠衛(wèi)生安全等研究與設(shè)計(jì)。為了使品質(zhì)達(dá)到世界水平,加工廠建立了HACCP控制體系,結(jié)合了最佳的生產(chǎn)工藝,同時(shí)節(jié)能降耗、關(guān)注環(huán)保,采用部分節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)高品質(zhì)蝦仁加工的半自動(dòng)化、節(jié)能、環(huán)保型工廠,目前根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需求,以旺季班產(chǎn)量為依據(jù)(最大生產(chǎn)量為10t/班次)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。繪制了蝦仁加工廠的選址圖、總平面圖、加工車間平面圖、設(shè)備工藝流程圖、成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)平面圖。由于在國(guó)外各種

8、121.前言南美白對(duì)蝦具有殼薄體肥、肉質(zhì)鮮嫩、生長(zhǎng)迅速、群體增長(zhǎng)均勻、抗病力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),深受國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的青睞,目前,已成為南方主要養(yǎng)殖蝦種之一,隨著養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)量不斷上升,其資源比較豐富。近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平不斷提高和生活節(jié)奏的加快,方便食品的需求量不斷增加,把南美白對(duì)蝦加工成為口味鮮美、營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富、食用安全方便的即食蝦仁,具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)
