1、90例慢性化膿性中耳炎手術(shù)干預(yù)療效分析鄧世明，劉鐵陵，劉軍，何順芬，唐洪作者單位：綿陽(yáng)市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院作者簡(jiǎn)介：鄧世明，副主任醫(yī)師，綿陽(yáng)市屮醫(yī)醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科，四川綿陽(yáng)621000［摘要］目的：探討顯微鏡下改良乳突根治術(shù)治療治療慢性化膿性中耳炎的臨床療效。方法：對(duì)2009年-2014我科收治49例慢性化膿性屮耳炎患者采用耳顯微鏡下行改良乳突根治術(shù)，必耍時(shí)聯(lián)合鼓室成形術(shù)治療并與2009年前用改良乳突根治術(shù)治療的41例患者進(jìn)行比較，分析兩組患者的臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果：治療組的平均干耳時(shí)間為33.6土&45天明顯短于對(duì)照組46.5±9.16天，治療組中有67.3%患者的聽力提高，明顯高于對(duì)照組組
2、46.3%,治療組的痊愈率和總有效率分別為30.6%和67.3%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的7.3%和46.3%,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為對(duì)照組19.5%明顯高于治療組2%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：顯微鏡下改良乳突根治術(shù)及聯(lián)合鼓室成形術(shù)能夠在保證徹底清除病變的同時(shí)修復(fù)和重建聽力功能，療效確切，干耳率高，患者能獲得良好的聽力改善效果。［關(guān)鍵詞］慢性化膿性屮耳炎；改良乳突根治術(shù)Efficacyanalysisof90casesofchronicsuppurativeotitismediasurgicalinterventionMianyangHospitalofTraditionalCh
