2、內(nèi)拿起電話聽筒,并從以下方式中擇一作為回答:“ADENSERVICES,mayIhelpyou?“(inEnglish)“ADENSERVICES,goodmorning/goodafternoon“(inEnglish)“ADENSERVICES,你好(NiHao)”(PleaseuseEnglishname請使用英文公司名)GENERALPROCEDURE一般程序1.Thecallisforyou當(dāng)所接到的電話是找你的:Ifitisforyou,youmaysay如果這是找你的電話,你可以說:‘Yes,thisisXX’Asyouneed
3、thecallertowaitforamoment,youshouldsay:如果你需要對方等候,你應(yīng)該說:‘Holdonamoment,please’2.Thecallisnotforyou當(dāng)所接到的電話不是找你的:A.Youknowthecaller你認識來電者:Evenifyouknowthecaller,youhavetobesurethatthepersonhewantstotalktoisavailable.即使你認識打電話的人,你也需要先確認一下其要找的人是否方便接聽-Youshouldsay:“Holdonplease,Iwi

5、上話筒ii.NO否:Askaddresseewhathewants:callbacklaterorletthecallercallback(when?).Thenpress“R”againtogobacktothecaller.詢問被撥叫者準(zhǔn)備如何答復(fù):過會兒打過去或讓來電者過會再打過來(什么時間?).然后按’R’鍵回到與來電者的通話狀態(tài).-Ifaddresseeisnotinhisoffice,takeamessage如果被撥叫者不在辦公室,請幫他聽取留言Pleaseseespecificsituation.請見特殊情況.B.Youdono
