2、竭以左心力衰竭為主，臨床表現(xiàn)肺部啰音為100.00、浮腫為9().36、肝腫大為90.36%、慢性咳嗽為87.95；X線表現(xiàn)為心臟增大，斑片狀陰影和(或)蝴蝶狀陰影，肺透亮度降低等；痰培養(yǎng)結(jié)果感染病原菌依次為真菌38株占45.78、革蘭陽(yáng)性菌31株占37.35、革蘭陰性菌14株占16.87%。結(jié)論老年患者心力衰竭的主耍誘因?yàn)榉尾扛腥?，臨床上可結(jié)合患者X線表現(xiàn)和其臨床特征對(duì)老年人肺部感染誘發(fā)心力衰竭進(jìn)行判斷，并針對(duì)感染病原菌進(jìn)行治療。關(guān)鍵詞：老年患者：肺部感染；心力衰竭；X線：病原菌中圖分類號(hào)：R563文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章編號(hào)：1005-4529(2014)14—
