1、化痰祛瘀湯治療痰瘀阻滯型高脂血癥臨床觀察【關(guān)鍵詞】化痰祛瘀湯【摘要】忖的觀察化痰祛瘀湯治療高脂血癥(痰瘀阻滯型)的臨床療效和安全性。方法將140例患者隨機分為2組，各70例。治療組口服化痰祛瘀湯治療,對照組口服多烯康膠丸治療。2組均1個月為1個療程。觀察2組療效、治療前后癥狀積分及血脂各項指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果治療組總有效率91.43%,對照組總有效率72.86%,2組總有效率比較有顯著性差異(PvO.05)。治療組治療后總膽固醇、甘汕三酯、低密度脂蛋白和中供證候積分有明顯降低(PvO.05),高密度脂蛋白有明顯升高(PvO.05),且治療組降低總膽固醇、甘油三酯和升高高密度脂蛋口的療效
