1、民營企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究——以長垣縣民營企業(yè)為例摘要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，民營企業(yè)的高速發(fā)展為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)高速發(fā)展發(fā)揮了不可估量的作用。民營企業(yè)不僅創(chuàng)造了巨大的財(cái)富，同吋也為解決了大量的勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)。因此，我國政府近兒年來愈來愈重視民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展，相繼陸續(xù)出臺(tái)了一些扶持民營及中小企業(yè)的法規(guī)和優(yōu)惠政策，為民營企業(yè)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的政策環(huán)境。但是長垣縣民營企業(yè)高速發(fā)展的背后，還存在著一些必須引起我們高度重視或需要研究解決的、帶有顯著中小民營企業(yè)文化特點(diǎn)的內(nèi)部管理問題。如融資困難、老板文化決定
2、企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理模式、人才匱乏等。如果上述問題得不到有效解決，將影響氏垣縣經(jīng)濟(jì)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。木文在分析前人研究民營企業(yè)管理理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)民營企業(yè)管理的相關(guān)理論和發(fā)展模式等方面進(jìn)行分析；通過系統(tǒng)研究法、比較分析法、綜合分析法分析了長垣縣民營企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r；剖析了長垣縣民營企業(yè)管理發(fā)展中存在的問題，并根據(jù)存在問題提出一些可行的對(duì)策，以期對(duì)長垣縣民營企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。關(guān)鍵詞：長垣縣，民營企業(yè)，管理現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)策研究ManagementofPrivateEnterprisesandCounter
