1、中小制造型企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈下采購管理策略分析以廣東省東莞市YP家具制造企業(yè)為例摘要長期以來,我國一些企業(yè)對采購沒有引起足夠的重視,企業(yè)重銷售輕采購,缺乏科學(xué)規(guī)范的采購制度和方法,沒有注意到采購活動(dòng)內(nèi)部耍素的協(xié)調(diào)和配合,沒有充分利用信息技術(shù)給企業(yè)采購帶來的技術(shù)支持,沒有充分發(fā)揮采購自身的優(yōu)勢,未能對企業(yè)做出其應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。由于這些種種問題,造成企業(yè)物料成本比例偏人,產(chǎn)生人量庫存,影響采購品供應(yīng)的及時(shí)性、供貨價(jià)格、供貨質(zhì)量,使得企業(yè)在競爭中處于不利地位。中小制造型企業(yè)的材料采購是很重要的環(huán)節(jié)。木文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)的方法,提出了在屮小制造型企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈采購管
