1、在全球化日益壯大的當(dāng)下,跨國并購已經(jīng)成為各大企業(yè)在激烈競爭化的經(jīng)濟(jì)市場環(huán)境下擴(kuò)大金業(yè)規(guī)模,獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的一個(gè)主流方式。在過去的二十年里眾多金業(yè)都在積極參與跨國并購活動(dòng),但是它們當(dāng)中相當(dāng)一部分由于釆用錯(cuò)謀的決策而使企業(yè)不得不遭受到后續(xù)眾多問題的接連打擊。雖然企業(yè)跨國并購總體失敗率近年有明顯下降趨勢,但仍徘徊在50%左右。在不斷的探尋研究后,研究者們越來越了解到人力資源整合在整個(gè)跨國并購過程中的重要性。因此,保證人力資源整合的成功就成了保證企業(yè)跨國并購成功的關(guān)鍵因素。傳統(tǒng)人力資源規(guī)劃是基于未來與過去一樣的假
2、設(shè)為基礎(chǔ),用定量的方法看人0。在20世紀(jì)70年代麥克里蘭提出勝任力這個(gè)概念以來,傳統(tǒng)的人力資源管理也逐漸向著一種新的模式——基于勝任力的人力資源規(guī)劃轉(zhuǎn)變,它能夠同組織不同時(shí)期的不同目標(biāo)和結(jié)合,用一種定性的方法看人才。本文通過逐層分析提出了金業(yè)在跨國并購過程中人力資源整合遇到的問題,然后從理論上結(jié)合勝任力模型對問題進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究,以根據(jù)問題的特征提出改良優(yōu)化的策略。最后,根據(jù)前文的研究結(jié)果,從四個(gè)方面提出了在跨國并購過程中解決人力資源整合問題的對策,以期各企業(yè)能有所借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞:勝任力模型;跨國并購;
