1、寧波裕人企業(yè)危機(jī)管理分析及其啟示畢業(yè)論文(20__屆)寧波裕人企業(yè)危機(jī)管理分析及其啟示15寧波裕人企業(yè)危機(jī)管理分析及其啟示摘要企業(yè)在高速發(fā)展時(shí)期的盲目擴(kuò)張,沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的危機(jī)防范措施,當(dāng)企業(yè)遇到外部環(huán)境突變或不可預(yù)知的危機(jī)因素時(shí),往往無(wú)以應(yīng)對(duì)。加之,我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)制度以及管理手段和技術(shù)相對(duì)落后,企業(yè)素質(zhì)相對(duì)薄弱,使得民營(yíng)企業(yè)或多或少的存在著這樣或那樣的潛在危機(jī),導(dǎo)致我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)短壽現(xiàn)象叢生。民營(yíng)企業(yè)的危機(jī)意識(shí)薄弱和危機(jī)管理水平低下,對(duì)突發(fā)性危機(jī)事件的處理不當(dāng)是導(dǎo)致民營(yíng)企業(yè)猝死。因此,加強(qiáng)民營(yíng)企業(yè)危機(jī)管理勢(shì)在必行。本文選擇寧波裕人集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)中小型企業(yè)快速發(fā)展中所遇到的危機(jī)進(jìn)
