1、臨床護(hù)理路徑在糖尿病患兒健康教育中應(yīng)用【摘要】目的探討臨床護(hù)理路徑在糖尿病患兒健康教育中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將82例I型糖尿病患兒隨機(jī)分為觀察組40例和對(duì)照組42例,觀察組將臨床護(hù)理路徑用于健康教育,有計(jì)劃、有組織的對(duì)患兒及家屬進(jìn)行健康教育;對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)健康教育方法;觀察、比較兩組患兒及家屬對(duì)疾病知識(shí)的掌握情況、認(rèn)知和行為改變情況、低血糖發(fā)生率及滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握程度、認(rèn)知態(tài)度和行為改變均明顯高于對(duì)照組,低血糖發(fā)生率則明顯低于對(duì)照組,其差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)o結(jié)論在糖尿病患兒的
