1、大規(guī)模定制條件下SY公司供應(yīng)鏈管理研究摘要:湖南是我國(guó)中部地區(qū)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的重要基地,全省培育了以中聯(lián)重科、三一重工、山河智能三駕馬車為代表的全球知名工程機(jī)械制造企業(yè)。但是,在國(guó)際工程機(jī)械市場(chǎng)我國(guó)企業(yè)所占的市場(chǎng)份額依然偏低,其主要原因在于工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品制作工藝不夠先進(jìn)、工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等等。通過采用大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式,可以推動(dòng)我國(guó)工程機(jī)械企業(yè)在低成本生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上向市場(chǎng)提供個(gè)性化定制產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),從而迅速提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并能帶動(dòng)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)乃至整個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)重工業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的全面提升。本文在企業(yè)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,
2、以湖南省典型的工程機(jī)械制造企業(yè)SY公司為例,深入探索其實(shí)施大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)給我國(guó)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式帶來的影響和機(jī)遇,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出工程機(jī)械企業(yè)在大規(guī)模定制條件下優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,大幅度提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力而提出科學(xué)合理的對(duì)策建議,例如根據(jù)工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),準(zhǔn)確把握客戶需求,大力引進(jìn)協(xié)同采購(gòu)模式、優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的管理信息系統(tǒng)以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)、盡快設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建新的績(jī)效考核系統(tǒng),使得企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈得以高效率的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:大規(guī)模定制;供應(yīng)鏈管理;SY公司IASTUDYONTHESUPPLYCHAIN
