2、干預(yù)組134人,對照組117人,進行干預(yù)前后的對比分析。[結(jié)果]干預(yù)組糖尿病病人和高危人群的糖尿病知識知曉率有明顯提高,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P﹤0.01),對照組提高不明顯(P﹥0.05);高危人群不良行為的改變?nèi)缦拗柒c鹽攝入等,干預(yù)組效果好(P﹤0.05),對照組無明顯改變(P﹥0.05)。[結(jié)論]糖尿病患者及高危人群采用非藥物干預(yù)對于有效改變患者不良行為和心理,提高患者的KAP水平,建立健康的生活方式,從而減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生和提高患者生存質(zhì)量有著積極的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:糖尿病;高危人群;干預(yù);社區(qū)RESEARCHONTHEINTERVENTIONSTUDYONDIABETICSINCOMMU
