2、R擴(kuò)增和測(cè)序(GenBank登錄號(hào):KP893677~KP893682),并結(jié)合GenBank中紅色原雞的D1oop區(qū)序列,分析安義瓦灰雞線粒體多態(tài)性及其起源。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),安義瓦灰雞mtDNAD.1oop區(qū)全長(zhǎng)1231~1232bp,核苷酸多樣性)為(O.00613+0.00014),單倍型多樣性(rid)為(0.837~0.027)。在30只個(gè)體中,共發(fā)現(xiàn)18處單核苷酸多態(tài)位點(diǎn),6種單倍型。系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析發(fā)現(xiàn),6種單倍型可以分為A、B、C3個(gè)分支,其中C為主要分支,有3種單倍型,A分支有1種倍型,B分支有2種倍型。A和B分支與紅色原雞滇南亞
