1、·臨床研究中國醫(yī)藥導(dǎo)報2013年12月第10卷第35期CT引導(dǎo)下射頻消融術(shù)在實體腫瘤治療中的臨床應(yīng)用金成江蘇省鹽城市第二人民醫(yī)院影像科，江蘇鹽城224003【摘要】目的探討CT引導(dǎo)下射頻消融術(shù)(RFA)在實體腫瘤治療中的臨床效果。方法選擇2009年1月～2012年12月鹽城市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的2l例實體腫瘤患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行分析，其中，周圍型肺癌3例，原發(fā)性肝癌13例，肝癌切除術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)2例，肝癌介入術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)2例，肝癌介入術(shù)后腹膜后轉(zhuǎn)移癌1例，所有患者均給了CT引導(dǎo)下RFA治療，觀察患者術(shù)前、術(shù)中血壓、脈搏及血氧飽和度的變化，臨床療

2、效以及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果21例患者術(shù)中血壓、脈搏及血氧飽和度無明顯變化，與術(shù)前比較，差異尤統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>O．05)；總有效率為90．5％；l例出現(xiàn)嘔吐，3例局部疼痛，1例術(shù)后出現(xiàn)胸腔積液，1例肝周有少量滲，經(jīng)對癥治療后好轉(zhuǎn)；術(shù)后10個月復(fù)查CT，15例患者腫瘤完全壞死，4例患者腫瘤部分壞死。結(jié)論CT引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)皮穿刺RFA治療實體腫瘤是一種安全、有效的微創(chuàng)治療方法。[關(guān)鍵詞】射頻消融術(shù)；CT；實體腫瘤；肝癌；肺癌[中圖分類號]R730．5【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼]A[文章編號]1673—7210(2013)12(b)一0080一O4Clinicala
