2、乳苗及其二者聯(lián)合分別免疫14日齡SPF雞,檢測(cè)其細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫水平,評(píng)價(jià)雞IL一18在H。亞型禽流感滅活油乳苗中的免疫增強(qiáng)作用。[結(jié)果]成功克隆了雞IL—l8全基因,大小為597bp。質(zhì)粒pIL一18和H。亞型AI滅活油乳苗聯(lián)合免疫的SPF雞所產(chǎn)生的HI抗體效價(jià)在接種第4周后明顯高于H。亞型AI滅活油乳苗免疫組;其T淋巴細(xì)胞的增殖反應(yīng)也強(qiáng)于H。亞型AI滅活油乳苗免疫組。[結(jié)論]質(zhì)粒plL.18能提高H。亞型禽流感滅活油乳苗誘發(fā)的免疫應(yīng)答,為研究防制禽流感的新型疫苗提供了新思路。關(guān)鍵詞雞白細(xì)胞介素一18;真核表達(dá);H。亞型禽流感病毒;滅活疫苗中
