1、全視網膜激光光凝術治療糖尿病視網膜病變后視網膜及視網膜神經纖維層厚度的變化【摘要】目的:探?全視網膜激光光凝術治療糖尿病視網膜病變后視網膜及視網膜神經纖維層厚度的變化。方法:選取2012年9月-2015年8月于筆者所在科室診斷糖尿病視網膜病變(DR),并實施全視網膜激光光凝術(panretinalphotocoagulation,PRP)治療的患者18例(36眼),應用光學相干斷層掃描(OCT)檢測PRP治療前后DR患者黃斑區(qū)視網膜厚度、黃斑屮心凹容積、視乳頭旁視網膜神經纖維(RNFL)厚度,將治療前后數(shù)據進行比較。另選取筆者所在醫(yī)院診斷DR而未行PRP
2、治療的患者11例(22眼),對患者黃斑區(qū)視網膜厚度、黃斑中心凹容積、視乳頭旁RNFL進行檢查,觀察隨訪后其變化情況。結果:PRP治療前治療組及對照組患者黃斑區(qū)視網膜厚度、黃斑屮心凹容積、視乳頭旁RNFL厚度比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),而治療組患者行PRP治療后,黃斑區(qū)視網膜平均厚度、黃斑中心凹容積增加,視乳頭旁RNFL厚度變薄,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)o結論:DR患者在接受PRP治療半年后,可使RNFL變薄,黃斑區(qū)視網膜厚度、黃斑中心凹容積增加?!娟P鍵詞】糖尿病視網膜病變;體以攝影術/光了和丁;視網膜神經纖維;全視網膜激光光凝文獻標識碼
