1、慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液TNF-a、IL-8的檢測(cè)及臨床意義［摘要］目的：探討前列腺按摩液(EPS)屮細(xì)胞因了白細(xì)胞介素(IL-8)及腫瘤壞死因了-a(TNF-a)在III型前列腺炎［慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆底疼痛綜合征(CAP/CPPS)］診斷、分型中的意義。方法:EL1SA法檢測(cè)50例臨床診斷為III型前列腺炎患者EPS中IL-8及TNF-a水平。結(jié)果：慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎EPS中IHA型組TNF-a水平與IHB型組、對(duì)照組比較,有顯著性差異(P<0.05)；IHB型組TNF-a水平與對(duì)照組比較,無顯著性差異(P>0.05)oIIIA型組IL-8水平與IDB型
2、組、對(duì)照組比較,有非常顯著性差異(P<0.01)；IIIB型組與對(duì)照組比較,有非常顯著性差異(P<0.01)o所有患者EPS中TNF-a水平與WBC計(jì)數(shù)無明顯相關(guān)性(r=-0.167,P>0.05),IL-8水平與WBC計(jì)數(shù)的相關(guān)性分析顯示呈正相關(guān)(r=0.836,PV0.01)。結(jié)論：檢測(cè)III型前列腺炎患者EPS中IL-8及TNF-a水平可能有助于III型前列腺炎的分型診斷，并可作為了解病情和評(píng)價(jià)治療效果的一個(gè)有價(jià)值的指標(biāo)。［關(guān)鍵詞］IL-8；TNF-a;慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎［中圖分類號(hào)］R697+.33［文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼］A［文章編號(hào)11673-7210(2009)05(b)
