2、上加以尼妥珠單抗聯(lián)合治療，治療后觀察和評價兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果對照組和觀察組的治療總有效率分別為74．1％和96．3％，觀察組明顯高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。觀察組治療過程中各種不良反應(yīng)如心電圖異常、消化道反應(yīng)、脫發(fā)、發(fā)熱、中性粒細胞減少、紅細胞減少、血小板減少應(yīng)的發(fā)生率均顯著低于對照組(P<0．05)。結(jié)論尼妥珠單抗聯(lián)合順鉑同步放化療治療局部晚期鼻咽癌的療效顯著，優(yōu)于單純同步放化療，且毒副作用更少，安全性高，值得I臨床推廣與應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞：尼妥珠單抗；同步放化療；中晚期鼻咽癌；臨床效果中圖分類號：R7
