2、酸水為流動相梯度洗脫，通過C色譜柱分離，電噴霧正離子多反應監(jiān)測模式檢測。在優(yōu)化條件下，20種目標物在O．05~50I,tg／L范圍內線性良好，相關系數(shù)均大于0．996；方法定量限(RsN=10)在0．1～1．0Ixg／kg之間；不同添加水平回收率為52．8％~97．4％，相對標準偏差(=6)為2．8％～9．6％。多種市售純牛奶和乳粉的測定結果表明，該方法操作簡單、測定結果準確，可用于乳與乳粉中甾類和受體激動劑類激素多殘留的快速測定。關鍵詞：液相色譜．電噴霧串聯(lián)質譜；甾類；．受體激動劑；乳；乳粉QuickDeterminationof20A
