2、單基因近等基因系Taichung29*6/YrlO和背景品種Taiehung29葉片的蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)進(jìn)行了比較分析。經(jīng)MASCOT軟件搜庫(kù),在兩個(gè)樣品中共同鑒定到2257個(gè)蛋白,其中有準(zhǔn)確定量信息的蛋白共1549個(gè),含量變化大于2倍的差異蛋白有102個(gè)。對(duì)102個(gè)差異表達(dá)蛋白進(jìn)行了GeneOntol0(G0)功能注釋和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們多數(shù)定位于細(xì)胞基質(zhì)和核糖體等細(xì)胞器,具備結(jié)合、催化等功能,主要參與代謝、細(xì)胞過(guò)程、應(yīng)激等生物學(xué)進(jìn)程,其中超氧化物歧化酶、甲硫氨酰氨肽酶、溶酶體一B.葡萄糖苷酶和鐵蛋白等可能與小麥抗病
