1、食品科技2014~第3蜷第嗍FOODSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGY提取桐與應(yīng)用制備色譜法純化表沒食子兒茶素沒食子酸酯(EGCG)劉紅濤’,徐環(huán)昕,劉坐鎮(zhèn)件,寧方紅,江邦和2(1.華東理工大學(xué)生物反應(yīng)器國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室分離工程研究室,上海200237;2.上海華震科技有限公司,上海200237)摘要:以含70%EGCG的茶多酚為原料,單分散15111的聚苯乙烯一二乙烯基苯微球?yàn)榉蛛x介質(zhì),以安全性較好的乙醇一水為洗脫劑,結(jié)合回收率和產(chǎn)率為考察對(duì)象,從流動(dòng)相比例、上樣量以及流動(dòng)相流速3個(gè)方面來探索最佳的制備色譜純化EGCG的工藝條件。在流動(dòng)相為乙醇/水=30/70(v
