2、使用C501的原裝配套試劑及校準(zhǔn)品,檢測總蛋白(TP)的精密度、準(zhǔn)確度和可報告范圍,用EPEvaluator軟件統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果TP兩水平精密度檢測結(jié)果的批內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(s)、總的S均不超過驗證值,精密度可以接受;在對照系統(tǒng)與實驗系統(tǒng)之間,20個患者血清樣本的檢測結(jié)果的誤差指數(shù)(EI)均在±1.00之間,準(zhǔn)確度可以接受;覆蓋可報告范圍的5個水平樣本中的4個結(jié)果呈線性,線性可接受。結(jié)論CobasC501分析儀TP項目的精密度、準(zhǔn)確度、可報告范圍達(dá)到了廠家聲明的檢測性能,此分析儀的檢測性能得到了驗證。關(guān)鍵詞:精密度;準(zhǔn)確度;線性;性能評價AssessmentoftheP
