2、_5組、B：組和Bso組分別于切皮前10min以相應(yīng)劑量的布比卡因進(jìn)行局部浸潤麻醉，Ns組注射等溶積生理鹽水。測量術(shù)后72h各組小鼠的切El長度并計(jì)算切口愈合天數(shù)和每天切口累計(jì)愈合率。結(jié)果與Ns組相比，72h后B組、B：組的切口長度均縮短(P<0．05或P<0．01)；B組與B25組、Bo組相比，切口長度縮短更為顯著(P<0．05)。B組、B25組和B。組切口愈合天數(shù)均短于Ns組，其中組愈合天數(shù)最短，B組次之，B。組最長。B組、B：組和B5。組每天切口累計(jì)愈合率均高于Ns組，其中B組最高。結(jié)論12．5mg·～、25mg·
