2、的各種原代細(xì)胞進(jìn)行純度鑒定。結(jié)果通過原位灌注結(jié)合離體灌注、密度梯度離心結(jié)合差速貼壁等分離手段,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了大鼠原代肝細(xì)胞、星狀細(xì)胞、枯否細(xì)胞以及肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的同步分離,且所得原代細(xì)胞得率、活力及純度等指標(biāo)均符合后續(xù)細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)要求。結(jié)論通過簡(jiǎn)易方法同步分離大鼠原代肝細(xì)胞、星狀細(xì)胞、枯否細(xì)胞以及肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞是可行的。關(guān)鍵詞:原代培養(yǎng);肝細(xì)胞;星狀細(xì)胞;枯否細(xì)胞;肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞;原位灌注;密度梯度離心SimultaneousisolationandprimarycultureofrathepatocytesfhepaticstellatecellslK
