4、骨質(zhì)疏松粗隆間骨折的治療。方法我院自2009年12月—_2013年6月共收治高齡骨質(zhì)疏松粗隆問骨折56例，男35例，女21例；年齡76～94歲，平均81歲。所有患者應(yīng)用股骨近端解剖鎖定鋼板通過經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)置入技術(shù)治療。根據(jù)Harris髖關(guān)節(jié)功能評分對治療效果進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果56例手術(shù)時間30～90min，平均45min；術(shù)中失血量70～250mL，平均110mL。全部患者獲隨訪，時間6—13．5個月，平均9．5個月。x線骨折愈合時間3—6個月，平均3．5個月。其中優(yōu)41例，良12例。結(jié)論對于高齡骨質(zhì)疏松患者粗隆間骨折，采用經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)置入股骨近端解剖鎖定鋼板內(nèi)固定治療，具有手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小、出血
