2、產(chǎn)煙區(qū)l2個(gè)縣49個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的C3F烤煙樣品,采用相關(guān)分析、逐步回歸、通徑分析方法,研究了重慶烤煙化學(xué)成分與感官質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明:重慶烤煙的煙堿、總氮、鉀、淀粉、氮堿比適宜,氯含量偏低,鉀氯比值偏高,香型風(fēng)格為中間香型,其評(píng)吸質(zhì)量較好;總糖與煙葉感官質(zhì)量得分的相關(guān)性最大;兩糖與煙葉感官質(zhì)量得分的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度最大;氯、兩糖比對(duì)煙葉香氣品質(zhì)、吃味品質(zhì)、感官質(zhì)量總得分的直接作用最大,氯含量和兩糖比是制約重慶煙葉吸食品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵因子,提高煙葉氯含量,降低兩糖比可以提高煙葉的吸食品質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:重慶煙區(qū);煙葉;化學(xué)成分;感官質(zhì)量;關(guān)系中圖分類號(hào):S
