1、瀘州醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)報(bào)2012年第35卷第6期JournalofLuzhouMedicalCollegeVo1.35No.62012564論著積雪草苷改善阿爾茨海默病大鼠記憶能力木章卓,張紅,姜鮮,李華,孫玉紅(瀘州醫(yī)學(xué)院:藥理教研室;附屬醫(yī)院麻醉科,四川瀘州646000)摘要目的:探討積雪草苷對(duì)A13誘導(dǎo)阿爾茨海默病模型大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,海馬細(xì)胞線粒體形態(tài)影響。方法:6()SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為模型組、假手術(shù)組、空白組,積雪草苷5、15、45mg·kg組,Morris水迷宮檢測(cè)大鼠空間和學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,HE染色觀察大鼠海馬區(qū)細(xì)胞病理改變,免疫組化檢測(cè)B淀粉樣沉積,電鏡觀察大鼠海馬細(xì)胞線粒體結(jié)構(gòu)改變。結(jié)果
2、:與假手術(shù)組相比,模型組大鼠逃避潛伏期顯著增加、跨越平臺(tái)次數(shù)顯著降低,與模型組比較,積雪草苷干預(yù)組大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力明顯改善,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。與模型組比較,積雪草苷干預(yù)組大鼠海馬區(qū)細(xì)胞形態(tài)完整,B淀粉樣沉積明顯減少,電鏡結(jié)果線粒體結(jié)構(gòu)比較完整,腫脹明顯減輕,呈劑量依賴性,其中積雪草苷5mg·kg改善不明顯。結(jié)論:積雪草苷能夠改善A13致阿爾茨海默病模型大鼠的學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,改善海馬細(xì)胞線粒體結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞積雪草苷:阿爾茨海默病:線粒體中圖分類號(hào)R966文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)1000—2669(2012)6-0564—04Aisaticosideamelioratsesthememor
