1、·ll98·臨床放射學(xué)雜志2014年第33卷第8期腹部放射學(xué)能譜CT估算原發(fā)性肝癌其血供比例的初步研究高永廣,郝敬明,李光超,趙寶忠,師毅冰,王濤,夏萍,陳剛【摘要】目的利用能譜cT(碘基圖)對(duì)肝癌患者及正常人群進(jìn)行測(cè)量,估算不同病變其血供比例,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。方法對(duì)22例原發(fā)性肝癌進(jìn)行分析,20名正常人群作為對(duì)照組,測(cè)得病變動(dòng)脈期及靜脈期碘含量數(shù)值,并得出肝動(dòng)脈期與靜脈期百分比進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,同時(shí)對(duì)肝癌患者依據(jù)Child—Pugh分級(jí)進(jìn)行分組,并與正常人群進(jìn)行方差分析。結(jié)果利用正常肝臟及肝癌血供比例進(jìn)行比較,得出兩組數(shù)據(jù)之
2、間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值=25.34,P<0.05),正常人群及Child.Pugh分級(jí)對(duì)多組均數(shù)進(jìn)行方差分析(F值=15.58),Child—Pugh組別較正常人群差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值分別為0.007、0.000、0.000),Child—PughA組較Child.PughB組及C組差異亦具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(尸值分別為0.008、0.009),但Child—PughB組與Child—PughC組之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.316)。結(jié)論利用能譜CT測(cè)量其動(dòng)脈期及靜脈期碘含量之比,可以估算出肝癌其血供比例較正常肝組織血供
