7、,其發(fā)病機(jī)制主要為低氧性肺實(shí)驗(yàn)期滿稱重,以10%水合氯醛(0.35ml/kg)腹腔血管收縮、肺血管重塑和血栓形成[2],迄今為止尚無(wú)有效的內(nèi)麻醉,行氣管插管,右心導(dǎo)管法測(cè)大鼠平均肺動(dòng)脈壓治療手段。(mPAP)后,處死大鼠,完整取出心和肺,分離右心室(RV)Rho激酶抑制劑法舒地爾具有舒張血管平滑肌、擴(kuò)張肺及左心室+室間隔(LV+S),稱重,計(jì)算右心室肥厚指標(biāo)血管、降低肺動(dòng)脈壓力的作用p]。本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)建立HPH大(RVHI)=RV/(LV+S)。鼠模型,旨在探討法舒地爾對(duì)HPH的影響。1.3肺血管光鏡標(biāo)本制備大鼠肺組織,常規(guī)光鏡標(biāo)本制備,經(jīng)
