1、2014年10月潤(rùn)滑與密封0ct.2014第39卷第10期LUBRICATIONENGINEERINGVo1.39No.10DOI:10.3969/j.issn.0254—0150.2014.10.003高溫下抗氧劑對(duì)聚OL一烯烴基礎(chǔ)油黏度衰變的影響費(fèi)逸偉彭興隆郭青鵬姚婷楊宏偉(空軍勤務(wù)學(xué)院航空油料重點(diǎn)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室江蘇徐州221000)摘要:采用高壓釜模擬潤(rùn)滑油實(shí)際作業(yè)環(huán)境,研究抗氧劑2,6二叔丁基對(duì)甲酚(DBPC)和對(duì),對(duì)’一二異辛基二苯胺(DODPA)在高溫下對(duì)聚d一烯烴(PAO)航空潤(rùn)滑基礎(chǔ)油運(yùn)動(dòng)黏度的影響,結(jié)合FfI1IR和GC/MS技術(shù),從分子水平分析不同黏度油樣的組成成分和結(jié)構(gòu)特征。
2、結(jié)果表明:高溫裂解是引起PAO黏度衰變的主要原因,油樣中所生成的小分子量化合物越多,黏度衰變?cè)絿?yán)重;抗氧劑的加入可以有效抑制油品黏度的衰減,起到較好的抗氧增效作用,其中DODPA比DBPC表現(xiàn)出相對(duì)優(yōu)異的高溫抗氧化能力。采用高壓釜模擬潤(rùn)滑油實(shí)際作業(yè)環(huán)境,通過理化分析方法分析潤(rùn)滑油黏度的變化,采用FTIR、GC/MS分析潤(rùn)滑油分子結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,是一種研究在用油的衰變并掌握準(zhǔn)確換油期的理想方法。關(guān)鍵詞:聚一烯烴潤(rùn)滑基礎(chǔ)油;抗氧劑;裂解衰變;組成結(jié)構(gòu)分析中圖分類號(hào):TE626.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0254—0150(2014)10—010—6EfectsofAntioxidantonViscos
