3、培養(yǎng)了解生防菌的抑菌譜,并通過田間小區(qū)試驗明確生防菌的田間防治效果。【結(jié)果】從供試的106株測試菌株中篩選獲得4株對荷花腐敗病菌具有拈抗效果的生防菌,其中ELDRl菌株的拈抗效果最佳,抑菌帶寬為9.8mm。DRl菌株的拮抗譜較寬,對供試6種植物病原真菌均具有良好的抑制活性。田問防效試驗結(jié)果表明,DRl菌株對荷花腐敗病的平均防效為41.83%。根據(jù)16SrDNA和譬ⅥB基因序列分析結(jié)果并其結(jié)合生理生化特征,將DRl菌株鑒定為解淀粉芽孢桿菌(Bacillusamyloliquefaciens)。【結(jié)論】解淀粉芽孢桿菌的拮抗活性、耐
