2、pyranosyl-(1”一2,)-O-p-D-glucopyranoside(5)、7-甲氧基香橙素(6)、異櫻花素(7)、匙葉桉油烯醇(8)、愈創(chuàng)木醇(9)、OS2R,5S,6R)-2,6-bis(5-methoxy一3,4-methylenedioxypheny1)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3_3.0]octane(10)、(1R,2S,5R,6s)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheny1)一6一(3,4-methylenedioxypheny1)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(II)、
3、去甲基川陳皮素(12)和3t,4,5,6,7,8-六甲氧基黃酮(13),其中化合物4、5、7—11為首次從苦檻藍(lán)植物中分離得到。刃天青顯色法測(cè)試部分化合物對(duì)大腸桿菌與金黃色葡萄球菌的抑制活性,結(jié)果表明,5,7.二羥基二氫黃酮(3)對(duì)大腸桿菌與金黃色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用,其MIC值為62.5OmL-。。關(guān)鍵詞:苦檻藍(lán)葉;化學(xué)成分;抑菌活性doi:10.3969~.issn.1005-3395.2014.03.013ChemicalConstituentsfromLeavesofMyoporumbontioidesandTheirBacteriost

6、-chroman一4一one(7),spainulenol(8),guaiol(9),Os,2R,5S,6R)一2,6一bis(5一methoxy-3,4一methylenedioxypheny1)一3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(10),OR,2S,5R,6S)一2一(4一hydroxy一3·methoxypheny1)一6一(3,4-methy1enedioxypheny1)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(11),demethylnobiletin(12)and2一(3,4一dimetho
7、xypheny1)一5,6,7,8一tetra-methoxy一4H-chromen-4-one(13).Compounds4,5,and7—11wereobtainedfromM.bontioidesforthefirsttime.TheinhibitoryactivityagainstStaphyloccocusaureusandEscherichiacoilweredeterminedbytheuseofa96wellplateassay.Theresultsshowedthat5,7一dihydroxyflavone(3)possessedm
