2、ranosyl-(1″→2′)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、7-甲氧基香橙素(6)、異櫻花素(7)、匙葉桉油烯醇(8)、愈創(chuàng)木醇(9)、(1S,2R,5S,6R)-2,6-bis(5-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(10)、(1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(11)、去甲基川陳
3、皮素(12)和3′,4′,5,6,7,8-六甲氧基黃酮(13),其中化合物4、5、7~11為首次從苦檻藍植物中分離得到。刃天青顯色法測試部分化合物對大腸桿菌與金黃色葡萄球–1菌的抑制活性,結(jié)果表明,5,7-二羥基二氫黃酮(3)對大腸桿菌與金黃色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用,其MIC值為62.50μgmL。關(guān)鍵詞:苦檻藍葉;化學(xué)成分;抑菌活性doi:10.3969/j.issn.1005–3395.2014.03.013ChemicalConstituentsfromLeavesofMyoporumbontioidesandTheirBacteriostaticAc

7、tetra-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-one(13).Compounds4,5,and7–11wereobtainedfromM.bontioidesforthe?rsttime.TheinhibitoryactivityagainstStaphyloccocusaureusandEscherichiacoilweredeterminedbytheuseofa96wellplateassay.Theresultsshowedthat5,7-dihydroxy?avone–1(3)possessedmodestlevelofantibacteri
