2、:選用167份國內(nèi)外大豆品種資源材料,依據(jù)葉長/寬比值將其劃分為寬葉型和窄葉型,分析葉型相關性狀與莢粒性狀的相關性,結果表明葉寬、葉長/寬比均與每莢粒數(shù)顯著相關(r=一0.69和0.64,P<0.001)。選用均勻分布于大豆20條連鎖群上的65個SSR標記分析資源材料的群體結構,并用目標區(qū)間內(nèi)l3個SSR標記與葉型相關性狀和莢粒性狀進行關聯(lián)分析,結果顯示,標記20.285與每莢粒數(shù)顯著關聯(lián),推測控制每莢粒數(shù)的基因可能位于標記20—285附近;標記20—26和20.45間的標記幾乎都與葉長/寬比存在顯著的關聯(lián)性,推測控制葉型的基因位于標記20
