1、布美他尼抑制脊神經(jīng)元鈉鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白1的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)痛以往研究結(jié)果提示,鈉鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白1和鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白2,參與脊髓水平的疼痛傳導(dǎo)調(diào)控,可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)疼痛通路神經(jīng)元的氯離子濃度影響神經(jīng)元興奮性和疼痛敏化。中國(guó)南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)珠江醫(yī)院何雁冰博士所在團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn),足底切割損傷后大鼠脊髓神經(jīng)元鈉鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白1表達(dá)上調(diào),鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白2表達(dá)下調(diào)。作者推測(cè),鞘內(nèi)布美他尼可能通過(guò)抑制脊神經(jīng)元鈉鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白1的功能從而發(fā)揮對(duì)切割痛的鎮(zhèn)痛效應(yīng)。文章發(fā)表在《中國(guó)神經(jīng)再生研究(英文版)》雜志2014年5月第10期。免疫熒光染色顯示,大鼠足底切開(kāi)后鉀氯聯(lián)合轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白2在腰4-5節(jié)段脊髓同
