1、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)流程及其分析與優(yōu)化TheDesignProcessofEngineMountingSystemandTheMountingSystem’sAnalysisandOptimization發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)流程及其分析與優(yōu)化摘要發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是汽車的主要噪聲、振動(dòng)源之一,合理設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力總成懸置系統(tǒng)對(duì)改善汽車的乘坐舒適性、降低車內(nèi)外噪聲水平有著重要的作用。本文通過閱讀總結(jié)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),介紹了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)所需的理論基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)流程。通過
2、在ADAMS中建立某款發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)化模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,得到了模態(tài)頻率和各階振動(dòng)能量分布。通過分析模態(tài)頻率和振動(dòng)耦合水平來確定現(xiàn)有懸置系統(tǒng)的好壞。最后在ADAMS/Insight中進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行靈敏度分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過靈敏度分析得到對(duì)關(guān)鍵響應(yīng)影響最大的設(shè)計(jì)變量。通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),得到滿足優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)變量較優(yōu)解。最后對(duì)懸置系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)化模型進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),形成四點(diǎn)懸置系統(tǒng)的專用分析優(yōu)化模塊。用戶可以通過菜單、對(duì)話框的交互功能,按照操作流程快速、便捷、高效的進(jìn)行類似發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)懸置系統(tǒng)的分析與優(yōu)化。關(guān)鍵詞
