1、中藥聯(lián)合玻璃體腔內(nèi)注射曲安奈德治療糖尿病性黃斑水腫的療效觀察武漢市屮西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院湖北武漢430022目的觀察益氣活血利水方聯(lián)合玻璃體腔內(nèi)注射曲安奈德治療糖鉍病性黃斑水腫的臨床療效。方法將58例(58眼)糖鉍病性黃斑水腫患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和屮西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組，每組29例。對(duì)照組給予玻璃體腔內(nèi)注射曲安奈德，每月1次，連續(xù)3個(gè)月，屮西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬益氣活血利水方，每口2次，療程均為3個(gè)月，觀察治療前后患者最佳矯正視力(BCVA)、黃斑屮心凹厚度(CMT)。結(jié)果治療后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)兩組BCVA及CMT的改善程度均較治療前顯著好轉(zhuǎn)(均P&
2、lt;0.05),但至治療后6m對(duì)照組BCVA呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)，CMT呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)，而屮西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組療效保持平穩(wěn)，治療后3m及6m兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),治療后6m對(duì)照組病例有效率為68.4%,屮西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組有效率為86.8%,兩組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)o結(jié)論采用自擬益氣活血利水方聯(lián)合玻璃體腔內(nèi)注射曲安奈德治療糖尿病性黃斑水腫可有效減輕視網(wǎng)膜滲漏及黃斑水腫，更能穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)存視力，延遲復(fù)發(fā)時(shí)間?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】屮藥；曲安奈德；糖鉍病性黃斑水腫Intravitrealtriamcinoloneacetonidein
