1、北京科技大學(xué)遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))摘要薪酬激勵(lì)作為企業(yè)中重要的激勵(lì)方式,已經(jīng)越來(lái)越來(lái)受到人們的關(guān)注。尤其是在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)日趨成熟的當(dāng)今社會(huì),它作為目前企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,對(duì)提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著很大的作用。薪酬激勵(lì)杠桿是指企業(yè)為了取得預(yù)期的效益而對(duì)員工實(shí)施的一種作用力,或稱(chēng)物質(zhì)激勵(lì)手段,其目的是為了選擇更好的工具來(lái)獲得更大的投入產(chǎn)出效益。隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)有企業(yè)員工薪酬激勵(lì)制度的缺陷日益明顯,阻礙了國(guó)有企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文首先明確了員工薪酬的概念,然后剖析了我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)薪酬激勵(lì)存在的諸多缺陷和問(wèn)題,最后根據(jù)我在的企業(yè)實(shí)際情況提出了完
