1、摘要隨著客戶需求的多樣化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得越來(lái)越激烈,主流的生產(chǎn)模式正逐步從過(guò)去的大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楫?dāng)今的大規(guī)模定制,既注重通過(guò)大批量生產(chǎn)來(lái)獲得規(guī)模效應(yīng),也強(qiáng)調(diào)通過(guò)定制來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性化服務(wù)。本文以大規(guī)模定制環(huán)境為研究背景,基于國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,分析了客戶訂單分離點(diǎn)(Customerorderdiscouplingpoint,CODP)前后對(duì)物流服務(wù)模式的不同需求,指出CODP之前需要精細(xì)物流服務(wù)模式,CODP之后需要敏捷物流服務(wù)模式。論文選擇敏捷物流服務(wù)模式為研究對(duì)象,分析了敏捷物流服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵,包括敏捷的戰(zhàn)略
2、、敏捷的組織、敏捷的聯(lián)接和敏捷的人員;闡述了以時(shí)間的壓縮、柔性的提升和個(gè)性化的實(shí)現(xiàn)等構(gòu)成的敏捷物流服務(wù)模式;提出了物流時(shí)間可以劃分為靜止時(shí)間和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間,并采用不同的方法進(jìn)行時(shí)間壓縮。然后,借鑒制造柔性的分類方法,將物流柔性劃分為基礎(chǔ)柔性、系統(tǒng)柔性和綜合柔性,并提出了物流柔性的提升方法;詳細(xì)討論了物流個(gè)性化的實(shí)現(xiàn)步驟:從客戶物流需求分析出發(fā),到物流客戶細(xì)分,再到服務(wù)水平的設(shè)計(jì),最后是物流產(chǎn)品模塊化。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論述了對(duì)應(yīng)于敏捷物流服務(wù)模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略:一是基于時(shí)間的快速反應(yīng)和越庫(kù)配送策略;二是基于柔性的延遲
