2、達(dá)與腫瘤相關(guān)巨噬細(xì)胞(TAMs)浸潤與子宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(squamouscarcinomaofcervix,SCC)臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。方法：選取50例子宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織、30例宮頸上皮內(nèi)腫瘤111級組織(C1N111)及20例正常宮頸組織，采用免疫組化SP法檢測MMP-9、CD68(標(biāo)記TAMs)的表達(dá)。結(jié)果：SCC組織中關(guān)P-9、CD68陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)明顯多于GINIII組織和正常宮頸組織；SCC組織中剛P-9、CD68的表達(dá)與SCC的浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和臨床分期均呈正相關(guān)；SCC組織中MMP-9與CD68的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論：TAMs的浸潤數(shù)量和MMP-9的
