2、胞肺癌細(xì)胞系及2種正常人支氣管上皮細(xì)胞系進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR，Westernblot檢測肺癌細(xì)胞系中TCF-3在mRNA和蛋白水平的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果(1)TCF-3在肺癌組織中表達(dá)，表達(dá)率為48%（24/50），在正常肺組織中未見表達(dá)。TCF-3在肺癌細(xì)胞胞核與胞質(zhì)同表達(dá)，以細(xì)胞核表達(dá)為主。(2)在7種細(xì)胞系中TCF-3在A549、H520、HBE、BEP-2D4種細(xì)胞系中mRNA及蛋白水平均有表達(dá)。結(jié)論TCF-3在肺癌組織及細(xì)胞系中均表達(dá)，TCF-3蛋白在細(xì)胞核與細(xì)胞質(zhì)同表達(dá)，但以細(xì)胞核表達(dá)為主。[關(guān)鍵詞]T細(xì)胞因子3/TCF-3；非小細(xì)胞肺癌；Wnt
