1、浙江農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)報(bào)ActaAgriculturaeZhejiangensis1(61):25~29,2004免疫增強(qiáng)劑對(duì)中華絨螯蟹免疫功能的影響沈錦玉,劉問(wèn),曹錚,尹文林,沈智華,錢(qián)冬,吳穎蕾(浙江省淡水水產(chǎn)研究所,浙江湖州313001)摘要:用3種不同免疫增強(qiáng)劑多糖(laminarin)、滅活細(xì)菌苗、殼聚多糖(chitosan)注射(分別為A、B、C組,對(duì)照為D組)和添加餌料飼喂中華絨螯蟹(多糖為E組,滅活細(xì)菌苗為F組,殼聚多糖為G組,對(duì)照為H組),在不同時(shí)間取樣測(cè)定中華絨螯蟹血清中非特異性免疫指標(biāo)的變化及中華絨螯蟹的免疫保護(hù)率。結(jié)果
2、表明:注射后48h,A、B、C組中華絨螯蟹血清中溶菌酶活力分別為0.185,0.234,0.233,對(duì)照組為0.094,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn),差異不顯著;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力分別為283.2,263.5,289.8,對(duì)照組為120.15,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn),A、B組血清中SOD活力差異極顯著,C組差異顯著??诜庖咴鰪?qiáng)劑后第9天,血清中溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力明顯高于對(duì)照組,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn),各組血清中溶菌酶活力與對(duì)照相比,差異極顯著;SOD的活力與對(duì)照相比,E組差異極顯著,F(xiàn)、G組差異顯著。注射免疫增強(qiáng)劑組蟹的免疫保護(hù)率達(dá)75%,而口
