1、IgG在人肝細(xì)胞肝癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義【摘要】目的:研究腫瘤源性IgG在人肝細(xì)胞肝癌中的表達(dá)和分布情況及其與臨床病理學(xué)指標(biāo)的關(guān)系。方法:分別應(yīng)用免疫組化二步法和原位雜交檢測60例肝細(xì)胞肝癌組織及其周圍正常肝組織中IgG蛋白和IgGmRNA的表達(dá),分析IgG的表達(dá)水平與9項(xiàng)肝細(xì)胞肝癌的臨床病理學(xué)指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:肝癌組織中IgG的表達(dá)明顯高于其周圍正常肝組織,且兩者表達(dá)程度比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.001);IgG在腫瘤組織中的異常高表達(dá)與腫瘤分化程度和pTNM分期呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=0.357,P=0.
2、005;r=-0.296,P=0.021),與血漿AFP濃度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.336,P=0.009),與年齡、性別、腫瘤包膜的完整性、腫瘤大小、腫瘤個(gè)數(shù)和一年內(nèi)是否復(fù)發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移無相關(guān)性(P>0.05)o結(jié)論:肝癌細(xì)胞所產(chǎn)生的IgG與腫瘤的分化、pTMN分期相關(guān),可能作為輔助肝細(xì)胞肝癌病理學(xué)診斷和預(yù)后評估的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】IgG;肝癌;臨床病理學(xué)指標(biāo);原位雜交;免疫組織化學(xué)[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatetheexpressionanddistributionofIg
