1、《中國醫(yī)學創(chuàng)新》第11卷第l8期(總第300)2014~6月基礎研究JichuyanjiuIgG在人肝細胞肝癌中的表達及其臨床意義木張時超①黃愛全①侯婭慧①董翠婷①劉佳睿①張杰①牛娜①【摘要】目的:研究腫瘤源性IgG在人肝細胞肝癌中的表達和分布情況及其與臨床病理學指標的關系。方法:分別應用免疫組化二步法和原位雜交檢測60例肝細胞肝癌組織及其周圍正常肝組織中IgG蛋白和IgGmRNA的表達,分析IgG的表達水平與9項肝細胞肝癌的臨床病理學指標之間的關系。結(jié)果:肝癌組織中IgG的表達明顯高于其周圍正常肝組織,且兩者表達程度比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意
2、義(P=O.001);IgG在腫瘤組織中的異常高表達與腫瘤分化程度和pTNM分期呈負相關(r-一0.357,P=O.005;廠=一0.296,P=0.021),與血漿AFP濃度呈正相關(r=0.336,P=O.009),與年齡、性別、腫瘤包膜的完整性、腫瘤大小、腫瘤個數(shù)和一年內(nèi)是否復發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)移無相關性(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:肝癌細胞所產(chǎn)生的IsG與腫瘤的分化、pTMN分期相關,可能作為輔助肝細胞肝癌病理學診斷和預后評估的一項重要指標。【關鍵詞】IgG;肝癌;臨床病理學指標;原位雜交;免疫組織化學lgGExpressioninHepatoc
