1、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量論文：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量與評(píng)價(jià)【中文摘要】隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,人們的物質(zhì)財(cái)富日益豐富,但相伴隨的各種社會(huì)和資源環(huán)境問題卻日益嚴(yán)重,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量問題成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量不僅包括經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度與穩(wěn)定性,更應(yīng)當(dāng)包括經(jīng)濟(jì)增長對(duì)社會(huì)生活和資源環(huán)境等方面的影響。因此,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)具有層次和角度的多樣性、方法的融合性等特點(diǎn),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)包括經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行、社會(huì)生活和資源環(huán)境三個(gè)方面。本文據(jù)此構(gòu)建了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系。選取21個(gè)指標(biāo),借助SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,對(duì)江蘇省總體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量及13個(gè)市進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和評(píng)價(jià)。主要結(jié)論有:1
2、.江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行效果良好,但科技創(chuàng)新力度不夠,因此在保持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的同時(shí)需要繼續(xù)加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和提高科技創(chuàng)新能力。2.社會(huì)生活質(zhì)量逐步上升,,但居民收入差距很大,就業(yè)壓力大,社會(huì)保障水平有待提高。3.資源環(huán)境破壞比較嚴(yán)重。提高資源利用效率,強(qiáng)化環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)與保護(hù)刻不容緩。4.13市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量不平衡,南中北差異明顯。蘇中、蘇北的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量較低,在加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)注重民生保障和環(huán)境保護(hù)。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)有:在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量中加入了民生問題,將民生作為考察江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量的重要因素,充分體現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的根本?！居⑽恼縒ith
