2、g/(kg·d),對照組正常飼養(yǎng),每組各10只。染毒期為1年。用Morris水迷宮系統(tǒng)檢測小鼠的認知功能,采用電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜法測定腦鋁含量,免疫印跡法檢測小鼠腦組織中總tau蛋白以及tau蛋白在Thr181、Thr231、Ser262和Ser396位點的磷酸化表達。[結(jié)果]Morris水迷宮試驗,中、高劑量組水迷宮潛伏期高于對照組(P<0.05),高、中劑量組穿越平臺的次數(shù)與對照組相比明顯減少(P<0.05o高、中、低劑量組小鼠腦鋁水平明顯高于對照組(P<0.05o免疫印跡法結(jié)果顯示,小鼠腦
